Our goal is to unite passionate volunteers who are ready to help to hold the Championship at a high level and create a joyful and memorable experience for the Final contenders. This is an opportunity for each volunteer to contribute to the development of professional skills, earn points on the Dobro.ru platform, and receive letters of gratitude and recommendation.

Together, we contribute to the development of the project of national significance and help contestants and students of secondary vocational education to develop professionally and overcome all the obstacles in a supportive environment.

- How to become a volunteer?

- How to apply for volunteering at the Championship?

Create an Account on the volunteer movement’s website using the provided link. Use your primary email address and set a password for your personal account. Confirmation of your registration will be sent to your email. After confirming the email, you can log in to your account and fill out the form.
Filling out the form. There are 6 sections in the application form, which will take about 15-20 minutes to complete: - Personal data (make a digital ID photo in advance to upload it to the "Personal Data" section of your application form.); - Field of activity (work or study); - Volunteer experience; - Additional information (it is necessary to select priority areas of volunteer activities at the Championship, review them in advance); - Documents (passport scan: page with photo and residence registration, as well as the Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account and Taxpayer Identification Number. Please note that after submitting the application, you cannot edit the information yourself.)
Submit your application. After submitting the application form, wait for further instructions, we will send them to your email.

- How are volunteers for the Championship selected?

All applicants, regardless of how they learned about the opportunity, must complete the application form on the Volunteer Movement’s website via the provided link. Application period: September – October 2025.
All submitted applications will undergo verification for accuracy. If duplicate applications are detected, the candidate will be notified about the rejection of one submission. Applications containing incomplete or inaccurate data may be declined, and candidates who fail to meet formal requirements will be informed of their ineligibility to proceed in the selection process. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject any application without providing justification. In cases where minor errors are identified, the recruitment team may contact the applicant to make necessary corrections.
All candidates will proceed to the interview stage, which will be conducted either in person or by phone. Local applicants are required to attend the interview at the designated location, while non-resident and international candidates may complete this stage remotely via video call. The interview period is scheduled for October 2025.
Candidates will receive their selection results via email after November 1, 2025. Successful applicants will then be invited to participate in both in-person and online training sessions, followed by competency testing on the covered material.
The training program and background verification process will be conducted throughout October and November 2025.
The results of the selection process and confirmation of volunteer activity areas. Successful candidates who complete all selection stages will receive an official volunteer offer via their registered email, including their assigned activity area. To confirm participation, recipients must accept the offered position by following the confirmation link in the email. Qualified candidates not selected for core team positions may be invited to join the volunteer reserve pool. Applicants who do not meet the required criteria will be notified of their non-selection. Please note the Organizing Committee reserves the right to decline any application without providing justification.
